Through an intentional and dedicated yoga practice, guided by the rhythm of our breath and held by self-compassion, we can navigate the ups and downs of life with a newfound sense of ease, hope, and curiosity.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can connect with yourself, exactly as you are in this moment. I'm honored to be by your side.
The goodness in me, sees the goodness in you.
In 2023, after practicing yoga for over a decade, I made the transformative decision to follow my heart and complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT).
In 2024, I was thrilled to take on the additional role of becoming a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT).
This journey was both challenging and magical, which I embraced with joy and self-compassion. Since then, I've been honored to share the practice with others as a yoga instructor. Teaching and learning are both profound joys in my life, and I know my path as a lifelong yogi is only just beginning…
See you on the mat

Yoga practice is about connecting with yourself, rather than focusing solely on the poses (asanas). Noticing and allowing your breath to guide the practice is a powerful way to transform your experience.
When you practice with me, my aim is to provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where you can simply be yourself. Most of my teachings are centered on Hatha (classical) and Yin yoga styles, but I am open to tailor class to your needs.
My yoga classes are secular and welcoming. Regardless of religious background, personal experience, or physical ability, everyone is invited to join and explore the transformative power of yoga.

Understanding Emotional Regulation:
Every behavior tells a story. Emotional regulation isn't just a mental process—it's a whole-body experience. As a yoga instructor, my primary goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children and teens can notice, express, and process their emotions through mindful movement. It is an inclusive practice:

When it comes to meditation, there is no single "right" way. The intention is to find a practice that works for you as an individual. Together, we can explore different approaches until you discover what allows you to pause, connect to your breath, and access the space you need within you.

Merging yoga and dance can bring a profound sense of freedom to our bodies, minds, and spirits. It allows us to move with no agenda or expectations, simply being present in the moment with a sense of joy.
The practice often begins with yoga philosophy and asanas (postures), which help center, focus, and ground us. The dance element then channels the energetic release and expressive outlet for the class theme, emotions, or lingering thoughts, enabling us to process them through movement.
By letting our bodies move freely, we cultivate a wonderful sense of ease and release. Just as we do in a yoga class, we conclude the practice with relaxation and a short meditation - a necessary pause to appreciate and integrate the experience.
